Adhesives
Adhesives used for construction contain petroleum products and should be disposed of as household hazardous waste (HHW) at the annual Recycle Roundup held in the spring. A disposal fee is charged at Recycle Roundup.

Aerosal paint cans
Empty aerosal paint cans may be placed in regular refuse collection not recycling. Do not place full or partially full cans out for refuse because they will explode when compacted in the garbage truck. Empty the aerosal can by spraying the paint on cardboard NOT wood. The cardboard may then be placed in regular refuse with the empty spray can. If you paint a piece of wood, the wood cannot be placed in refuse collection.

Air conditioners
Residents have curbside collection of air conditioners. Set the appliance at least two feet from Toters on regular collection day.

Place aluminum cans in the blue recycling Toter.
Aluminum foil
Aluminum foil can be recycled in the blue recycling Toter. Remove all food debris from items and wad the aluminum foil into balls.
Aluminum foil baking and cooking pans (single use)
Single use aluminum foil baking and cooking pans may be placed in the blue recycling Toter. Rinse food debris from pans before recycling. Aluminum cookware cannot be recycled in the recycling Toter.
Ammunition, bullets, shotgun shells or explosives
DO NOT place in refuse. Contact the Perrysburg Police Division at 419-872-8001 for safe disposal.
Antifreeze
Antifreeze is poisonous to both children and pets. Always store antifreeze in the original container away from children and pets.
